Selection of the biomethanization technology
A Quebec company specializing in biomass processing is looking to set up a Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) production plant on one of its sites.
NEL-i was asked to do a technical and economic study to select the most optimal biomethanization method. To do so, NEL-i’s experts use state-of-the-art software to model the future plant according to the type of organic matter recovered, supply rate, available space, budget constraints, and many other process design factors.
This study helps optimize investments to ensure that the project effectively reduces organic waste disposal, and remains economically viable.
